We used Mepilex Lite when my son received 3rd deg road rash burns on 3/4th of his arm and a 4" wound on his hip from flying off of his skateboard. We used this along with Medline Skintegrity Skintegrity® Wound Cleanser, 16 oz.. His wounds healed so quickly that each time we changed the dressings you could actually see the difference from the morning dressing to the evening. I highly recommend this product! We did receive both of these products and treatment from a physician who specializes in wound care; thankfully his wounds did not get infected.

I tried to duplicate the same bandage I received at the doctor, but this one was not the same. It is not the same bandage so I really can't give it a fair review.
